Our Management
The company is proudly led by Mr. Lim Teck Chai and Mr. Shanmugam A/L Subramaniam, both of whom bring a wealth of experience and expertise to the construction industry.

Mr. Lim Teck Chai, a Malaysian Chinese born in 1973, embarked on his career in 1988 as a site supervisor at Siah Brothers Corporation. In 2005, he joined Maju Jaya Sdn Bhd as a project manager. With 26 years of diverse experience in civil and building works, Mr. Lim has successfully navigated various roles, from securing local authority approvals to site planning and project supervision. His extensive background has been cultivated through tenures at multiple companies, which have strengthened his foundational knowledge of the industry. In 2017, he restructured Sky Link Property Management Sdn Bhd and took on the role of director, leading to the establishment of Sky link Woodland Sdn Bhd.

Mr. Shanmugam A/L Subramaniam, a Chindian Malaysian born in 1978, holds an engineering degree from Help College. He began his professional journey as a site supervisor and project manager under the mentorship of Mr. Lim. Known for his reliability and dedication, Mr. Shanmugam was invited to partner with Mr. Lim, reflecting the strong trust they have built over the years.

Together, Mr. Lim and Mr. Shanmugam combine their extensive skills and shared vision to drive the company toward excellence in the construction sector, committed to delivering quality and innovation in every project.

We specialize in a diverse range of projects, successfully completing residential, commercial, and leisure buildings, including multi-purpose halls, warehouses, factories, housing developments, and more.

Our unique design build process ensures performance at the highest levels of integrity, business ethics, and outstanding results. Every aspect of our relationship with you is carefully attended to, from before our first meeting until the last day of a project, and beyond.
Preconstruction Design
To begin the design process, Sky Link measures the existing structure and reviews property conditions. The scope of work determines if the comprehensive plan requires either structural design or space design or a combination of both. At the next meeting, Sky Link presents designs and plans for your approval.
Design & Construction Estimate
Sky Link prepares a comprehensive scope of work from the designs you have approved. This includes a detailed description of each step of the construction process. We review this with you to assure that all previous discussions regarding construction details are included in this document. This scope of work provides a clear understanding of expectations.
On-Site Consultations
Sky Link project manager provides a time frame and is always available to discuss the overall project.
Your project director works on a daily basis with the project manager and is brought into the construction phase as needed. Sky Link Woodland's goal is to complete work on a daily basis in order to move the project along quickly to completion.
The Finishing Touches
Prior to completion, you and Sky Link's project manager walk through the project and record any small items or details that need to be altered to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your project.

When your project is complete, you will receive a detailed packet of information about warranted products and services.
